About Carolyn

Born and raised in the Huntsville area, there is nowhere else she would rather be raising her 3 kids. Growing up she was able to experience living on Lake Vernon, cottaging on Three Mile Lake in Katrine and even briefly living on a 100 acre farm in Emsdale.

Acquiring a diploma from Cambrian College in Sudbury in 2000 it was a natural progression to follow in her family’s footsteps as she moved on to achieving her real estate license in 2002.

She has a diverse background in different real estate administrative positions and working as an independent sales agent for many years before joining Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate Brokerage in 2010 and then finally The Kayley Spalding Group in 2020. Incorporating honesty, experience, and sales into her favourite role as a Listing Partner on the team.

Carolyn loves design, architecture, Muskoka and following her kid’s success in hockey and lacrosse.
