About Louis
After graduating from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa with a degree in Kinesiology, I worked for several years as a personal trainer in Vancouver and Toronto. When the daily grind of city life became too much for me I decided to make the move from Toronto to Muskoka.
Growing up spending summers at my family cottage at Billie Bear Resort made Huntsville the dream place for me to lay down roots. I started as a personal trainer at Fitt Gym and worked my way up to becoming the owner.
Working in a client-centred industry for over a decade has given me the ability to understand the needs of others, and the importance of creating and maintaining strong business relationships that more often than not turn into lasting friendships.
I know first hand how incredible it is to own a cottage in Muskoka, and I want to help my clients make their cottage dreams come true. I also know how life changing a move to Muskoka can be, I wouldn't trade living here for the world! I would love to help you with your move to Muskoka, while offering as much information as I can about how to make the transition to Northern life a smooth one.
I know from personal experience how incredible investing in real estate can be! I am eager to share what I have learned through personally owning a home that generates rental income, renovating a home top to bottom with re-sale in mind, and purchasing a home during the real estate boom that occurred during the pandemic.

When I'm not working you can find me with my wonderful family, enjoying the outdoors, playing baseball or hockey and spending time on the water.
