About Megan

Megan first fell in love with Muskoka while spending summers vacationing and then working at Muskoka resorts. Happily she came to live in Huntville with her husband and young family back in 1997. The dream of living in Muskoka became a reality and Huntsville was the community that quickly became home! Living and working here has changed life for all the MacNeils. Her husband Dean, is a lifetime hospitality professional that loves welcoming people to the area. Megan is now thrilled to help residents and visitors alike make their dreams in Muskoka come true. She's excited to share why the entire family loves all that Muskoka has to offer, with endless outdoors, its beautiful waters, its summer and winter recreational activities and a community second to none!

Megan made a career change in 2020 and started in the real estate industry, assisting and doing administration. She quickly acknowledged her own love of real estate and knowledge of the industry and completed her real estate licenses. She has been working and developing many great client relationships ever since!

Megan's other passion is being on the ice coaching skating! She has spent close to 20 years coaching skating and working with children. This passion has helped her become an important part of our community and a passion that has led to her becoming lifetime friends with so many families.

She and her husband now live in the quaint village of Port Sydney. Her daughter and son are now spreading their wings out in the world, but love coming home to Muskoka. When she's not working, you can find Megan playing with her mini Aussie shepherd dog, skating on an outdoor rink ( of course ), golfing, hiking on a trail with her girlfriends, kayaking on Mary Lake or you might just catch her chatting at the grocery store!
